School Girl Crush

This Tutorial is written using PSP 9 cause it's my favourite, but can be done in other versions!

All my Tutorials are written for beginners. If you are a more experienced PSP'er, please feel to skip ahead any steps you like and forgive the longer explanations and steps.
All of my tutorials were created by me and any similarity to other tutorials is purely coincidental.

Let's get Started!

1. New Image > 650 Width, 650 Height, Transparent.
Flood Fill White.

2. Open SophisticatSimone_Mask11 and minimise.
Open Paper 4 (or paper of your choice)
Edit > Copy.
Edit > Paste As New Layer.

3. Layers > New Mask Layer > From Image >
Select SophisticatSimone_Mask11 from the drop down menu, Source Luminance checked, Invert Mask Data unchecked.
Layers > Merge > Merge Group.

4. Open DBS_Chalkboard02.
Edit > Copy.
Edit > Paste As New Layer.
Image > Resize.
Resize by 85%, Smart Size, Resize all layers unchecked.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow, Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 20, Blur 2, Color Black.

5. Open DBS_LoveString01.
Edit > Copy.
Edit > Paste As New Layer.
Image > Mirror.
Image > Resize.
Resize by 60%, Smart Size, Resize all layers unchecked.
Place to the top of the chalkboard.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow, Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 20, Blur 2, Color Black.

6. Open DBS_FlowerClip02.
Edit > Copy.
Edit > Paste As New Layer.
Image > Resize.
Resize by 35%, Smart Size, Resize all layers unchecked.
Place to the top left of the chalkboard.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow, Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 20, Blur 2, Color Black.

7. Open DBS_Backpack.
Edit > Copy.
Edit > Paste As New Layer.
Image > Resize.
Resize by 35%, Smart Size, Resize all layers unchecked.
Place to the lower left of the chalkboard.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow, Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 20, Blur 2, Color Black.

8. Open DBS_Books.
Edit > Copy.
Edit > Paste As New Layer.
Image > Resize.
Resize by 25%, Smart Size, Resize all layers unchecked.
Place to the lower left of your image.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow, Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 20, Blur 2, Color Black.

9. Layers > Duplicate.
Image > Mirror.
Image > Rotate > Free Rotate > 25 Degrees Left.
Place to the right of the first stack of books.

10. Open DBS_Diary.
Edit > Copy.
Edit > Paste As New Layer.
Image > Resize.
Resize by 25%, Smart Size, Resize all layers unchecked.
Place between the two stacks of books.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow, Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 20, Blur 2, Color Black.

11. Open DBS_Lips01.
Edit > Copy.
Edit > Paste As New Layer.
Image > Resize.
Resize by 20%, Smart Size, Resize all layers unchecked.
Place to the left side of the chalkboard.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow, Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 20, Blur 2, Color Black.

12. Open DBS_LoveWire.
Edit > Copy.
Edit > Paste As New Layer.
Image > Resize.
Resize by 40%, Smart Size, Resize all layers unchecked.
Place above the lips.
Using your Eraser Tool, erase the wire on either side of the word love.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow, Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 20, Blur 2, Color Black.

13. Open your tube.
Edit > Copy.
Edit > Paste As New Layer.
Place to your liking, resize if necessary.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow, Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 20, Blur 2, Color Black.

14. DBS_WordArt.
Using your Selection Tool, draw out a selection around the word Crush.
Edit > Copy.
On your working canvas > Edit > Paste As New Layer.
Place to the bottom of your image.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow, Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 20, Blur 2, Color Black.

15. Open DBS_Hearts_n_Bling01.
Edit > Copy.
Edit > Paste As New Layer.
Place to the top of the word Crush.

16. Bring Up the DBS_WordArt again.
This time make a selection around the words School Girl.
Edit > Copy.
On your working canvas > Edit > Paste As New Layer.
Place above the word Crush.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow, Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 20, Blur 2, Color Black.

17. Open DBS_HeartPillow02.
Edit > Copy.
Edit > Paste As New Layer.
Image > Resize.
Resize by 10%, Smart Size, Resize all layers unchecked.
Place at the end of the word Crush.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow, Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 20, Blur 2, Color Black.

18. Add any other elements you like.
Add your name, watermark and copyright information.

Resize to your liking, save and we're done!
