In Vino Romanze
This Tutorial is written using PSP 9 cause it's my favourite, but can be done in other versions!
All my Tutorials are written for beginners.
If you are a more experienced PSP'er, please feel to skip ahead any steps you like and forgive the longer explanations and steps.
All of my tutorials were created by me and any similarity to other tutorials is purely coincidental.
Please do not post them on another site, rewrite and claim them as yours or pass around through email groups.

Let's get Started!
1. Open a New Image > 650 Width, 650 Height, Transparent.
Flood Fill White.
2. Open DBS_Clock.png
Edit > Copy.
Edit > Paste As New Layer.
Image > Resize.
Resize by 50%, Smart Size, Resize all layers unchecked.
Place to the right side of your image.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow, Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 20, Blur 2, Color Black.
3. Layers > Duplicate.
Adjust > Blur > Gaussian Blur > Radius 10.
Effects > Texture Effects > Mosaic Antique with the Default settings.
Layers > Arrange > Move Down.
4. Open DBS_EiffelTower.png
Edit > Copy.
Edit > Paste As New Layer.
Layers > Arrange > Bring to Top.
Image > Resize.
Resize by 90%, Smart Size, Resize all layers unchecked.
Place to the left side of the clock.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow, Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 20, Blur 2, Color Black.
5. Open your main tube.
Edit > Copy.
Edit > Paste As New Layer.
Place to the left of the Eiffel Tower, resize if necessary.
Adjust > Hue and Saturation > Colorize > Hue 10, Saturation 50.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow, Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 20, Blur 2, Color Black.
6. Open DBS_Frame03.png
Edit > Copy.
Edit > Paste As New Layer.
Image > Resize.
Resize by 90%, Smart Size, Resize all layers unchecked.
Place to the bottom of your image.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow, Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 20, Blur 2, Color Black.
7. Using your Magic Wand and holding down the Shift key,
click inside each of the frames.
Selections > Modify > Expand by 10.
Open Paper 2.
Edit > Copy.
Edit > Paste As New Layer.
Layers > Arrange > Move Down.
Selections > Invert.
Hit the Delete key on your keyboard.
Keep Selected.
8. Open DBS_Music.png
Edit > Copy.
Edit > Paste As New Layer.
Place to your liking inside the frames.
Hit the Delete key on your keyboard.
Selections > Select None.
Set the Layer Blend Mode to Screen.
Set the Layer Opacity to 80.
Effects > Texture Effects > Fine Leather >
Color #24201d, Angle 180, Blur 0, Transparency 250, Number of Furrows 12, Length of Furrows 2.
9. Activate your frame layer.
Using your Magic Wand, click inside the right side frame.
Open your tube of choice.
Edit > Copy.
Edit > Paste As New Layer.
Layers > Arrange > Move Down.
Place inside the selection to your liking, resize if necessary.
Selections > Invert.
Hit the Delete key on your keyboard.
Selections > Select None.
Set the Layer Opacity to 68.
10. Activate your frame layer.
Using your Magic Wand, click inside the left side frame.
Open your tube of choice.
Edit > Copy.
Edit > Paste As New Layer.
Layers > Arrange > Move Down.
Place inside the selection to your liking, resize if necessary.
Selections > Invert.
Hit the Delete key on your keyboard.
Selections > Select None.
Set the Layer Opacity to 50.
11. Open DBS_Foilage.png
Edit > Copy.
Edit > Paste As New Layer.
Image > Flip.
Place to the bottom of the frame.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow, Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 20, Blur 2, Color Black.
12. Open DBS_Foilage03.png
Edit > Copy.
Edit > Paste As New Layer.
Image > Rotate > Free Rotate > 90 Degrees Right.
Image > Resize.
Resize by 90%, Smart Size, Resize all layers unchecked.
Place to the bottom of your image.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow, Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 20, Blur 2, Color Black.
13. Open DBS_Grapevine01.png
Edit > Copy.
Edit > Paste As New Layer.
Image > Rotate > Free Rotate > 90 Degrees Right.
Image > Resize.
Resize by 65%, Smart Size, Resize all layers unchecked.
Place to the bottom left of your image.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow, Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 20, Blur 2, Color Black.
14. Open DBS_Foilage02.png
Edit > Copy.
Edit > Paste As New Layer.
Image > Resize.
Resize by 65%, Smart Size, Resize all layers unchecked.
Place to the bottom left of your image.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow, Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 20, Blur 2, Color Black.
15. Open DBS_Roses04.png
Edit > Copy.
Edit > Paste As New Layer.
Image > Resize.
Resize by 25%, Smart Size, Resize all layers unchecked.
Place to the bottom of the frame, between the center and right frames.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow, Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 20, Blur 2, Color Black.
16. Open DBS_Grapes01.png
Edit > Copy.
Edit > Paste As New Layer.
Image > Resize.
Resize by 15%, Smart Size, Resize all layers unchecked.
Place to the bottom of the frame, between the center and left frames.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow, Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 20, Blur 2, Color Black.
17. Open DBS_Violin.png
Edit > Copy.
Edit > Paste As New Layer.
Image > Resize.
Resize by 45%, Smart Size, Resize all layers unchecked.
Place to the bottom right of your image.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow, Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 20, Blur 2, Color Black.
18. Open DBS_Butterfly.png
Edit > Copy.
Edit > Paste As New Layer.
Image > Resize.
Resize by 15%, Smart Size, Resize all layers unchecked.
Place to the bottom left of your image.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow, Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 20, Blur 2, Color Black.
19. Edit > Paste As New Layer.
Image > Mirror.
Image > Resize.
Resize by 120%, Smart Size, Resize all layers unchecked.
Place to the upper right of your image.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow, Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 20, Blur 2, Color Black.
20. Add any other elements you like.
Add your name, watermark and copyright information.
Resize to your liking, save and we're done!
